Terms of Service

Last updated: 23 June 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services provided by Cloud Hosting Africa (“we”, “us”, “our”), including virtual private servers (VPS), app hosting, business email, domains and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. You are responsible for the security of your account, your login credentials, and all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

2. The Services

We provide cloud infrastructure and related services on a pay-as-you-go basis. We may add, modify or discontinue features at any time. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service.

3. Billing & payment

  • Prices are displayed in Ghana Cedis (and other currencies for reference) and are billed via Mobile Money or card through our payment provider.
  • Services renew automatically each billing cycle until you cancel. You can cancel or change a plan at any time from your dashboard.
  • You are responsible for keeping your wallet funded to avoid service suspension. Unpaid services may be suspended and, after a grace period, terminated.
  • Taxes, where applicable, are your responsibility.

4. Acceptable use

Your use of the Services must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or terminate Services used for illegal, abusive, or harmful activity.

5. Customer data & backups

You retain ownership of your content. You are solely responsible for maintaining your own backups. While we may provide backup features, we are not liable for any loss of data.

6. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for non-payment, breach of these Terms or the AUP, or to comply with the law. You may close your account at any time; charges already incurred remain payable.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or revenue. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the month giving rise to the claim.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
