Refund Policy

We want you to be confident using Cloud Hosting Africa. This policy explains when refunds apply. Our Services are pay-as-you-go, so you only pay for what you use, and you can cancel at any time.
1. When you are entitled to a refund
- Service not delivered — if a service fails to provision and we cannot resolve it, we will refund the amount charged for that service to your wallet or original payment method.
- Duplicate or erroneous charge — accidental double charges are refunded in full.
2. What is non-refundable
- Used service time — time during which a server, app, or mailbox was active and available is not refundable.
- Domain registrations & renewals — once registered or renewed, domains are non-refundable, as the registry fee is non-recoverable.
- Wallet top-ups already spent on services.
3. Cancellations
You can cancel any service at any time from your dashboard. Because billing is pay-as-you-go, cancelling stops future charges; you are billed only for the period the service was active.
4. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with your account email and order details. We review requests promptly and typically respond within 24–48 hours.
5. Processing time
Approved refunds are credited to your wallet immediately, or returned to your original payment method (Mobile Money/card) within 5–10 business days, depending on your provider.
6. Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first — we’re happy to help. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of your account while the dispute is resolved.
