• Payment information — processed securely by our payment provider (Paystack). We do not store your full card or Mobile Money details on our servers.
• Service data — the services you create, configuration you provide, and basic usage/metrics needed to run and bill them.
• Technical data — IP address, browser type, and logs, used for security and troubleshooting.

2. How we use your information

• To provide, maintain, and bill for the Services.
• To verify your account, prevent fraud, and keep the platform secure.
• To send essential account, billing and service notifications.

3. Payments

Payments are handled by Paystack, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. Your card/Mobile Money details are submitted directly to Paystack and are not stored by us. Their handling of your data is subject to Paystack’s own privacy policy.

4. Infrastructure providers

We deliver the Services using underlying cloud infrastructure. Service data necessary to provision and operate your services may be processed by these providers solely to deliver the Services to you.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to operate the site. We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand site usage; these do not identify you personally.
